Offences relating to unauthorised games

In force

(1)

A person shall not conduct in a casino any game unless the game is permitted to be conducted in a casino pursuant to section 63.

Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.

Note—

If a body corporate commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the body corporate may be taken, under section 123, to have also committed the offence.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not apply if the person is the casino operator for the casino and the game is—

(a)

a machine game; or

(b)

an agency related keno game.
