Inspectors may be and remain on casino premises

In force

Inspectors may at any time enter, be and remain on the premises of a casino for the purpose of—

(a)

viewing casino operations; and

(b)

viewing a video recording of casino operations; and

(c)

ascertaining whether the operation of the casino is being properly supervised and managed, and whether the provisions of this Act and the terms and conditions of the applicable agreement referred to in section 19 are being observed; and

(d)

in all other respects, exercising their powers and performing their duties under this Act.
