Times for submission of reports—Act, s 81

Current

For section 81(1) of the Act, the following times are prescribed—

(a)

for a casino daily report—not later than 72 hours after the end of the daily gaming period reported on;

(b)

for a casino monthly report—not later than 10 days after the end of the month reported on;

(c)

for a casino quarterly report—not later than 1 month after the end of the quarter reported on;

(d)

for a casino annual report—not later than 4 months after the end of the financial year reported on.
