6 Definitions
(1)
The dictionary in schedule 4 defines particular words used in this Act.
(2)
Unless the contrary intention appears, expressions used—
(a)
in this Act; or
(b)
in regulations made for the purposes of this Act;
have the same meaning as they have in the Child Protection Convention.
