Schedule 2Sector regulators for reporting entities
1 Accommodation or residential services
For a reporting entity mentioned in schedule 2, section 1 of the Act, each of the following is prescribed as a sector regulator—
(a)
the department in which the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 is administered;
(b)
the department in which the Housing Act 2003 is administered;
(c)
the department in which the Working with Children Check Act 2000 is administered;
(d)
the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017, section 97;
(e)
the registrar under the Housing Act 2003.
