Schedule 1Sector regulators for child safe entities
4 Child protection services
For a reporting entity mentioned in schedule 2, section 4 of the Act, each of the following is prescribed as a sector regulator—
(a)
the department in which the Child Protection Act 1999 is administered;
(b)
the department in which the Working with Children Check Act 2000 is administered.
