21 Court sitting times
Subject to the rules and the directions of the president or chief magistrate under section 8, proceedings before the court—
(a)
when constituted by a judge—may be held at any time; or
(b)
when constituted by a Childrens Court magistrate, magistrate or justices—must be held at special times fixed in advance by the proper officer of the court.
