In complying with the litigation director’s duty of disclosure under the Child Protection Act, section 189C, the litigation director must consider whether—
a disclosure form has been filed in the court and served on the parties to the proceeding; and
all documents relevant to the proceeding have been disclosed under rule 55; and
all documents required, under an order of the court under the Child Protection Act, section 191(4), to be disclosed to the parties have been disclosed; and
for a document the subject of a written notice under rule 57(2)(b)—
the litigation director has disclosed the document under rule 56 to the party to whom the notice was given; or
the party to whom the notice was given does not request the disclosure of the document within 10 days after receiving the notice.
