150 Active membership provisions—distributing co-operatives
The only active membership provisions that may be contained in the rules of a distributing co-operative are—
(a)
provisions requiring a member to use an activity of the co-operative for carrying on a primary activity stated in the provisions to establish active membership; and
(b)
any other active membership provisions the Registrar may approve.
