2 Basic rules—relevant interests
(1)
In this Law (unless otherwise provided), relevant interest has a meaning determined under this Part.
(2)
A person who has power to vote in relation to a right to vote has a relevant interest in the right to vote.
(3)
A person who has power to dispose of a share has a relevant interest in the share.
