258 Minutes
(1)
Minutes of each general meeting, board meeting and committee meeting must be entered in the appropriate books within 28 days after the meeting.
(2)
A co-operative must ensure that minutes of a meeting are signed within a reasonable time after the meeting by one of the following—
(a)
the chairperson of the meeting;
(b)
the chairperson of the next meeting.
(3)
Minutes must be kept in the English language. Note.
Section 214 makes provision regarding the availability of minutes for inspection.
