325 Modification by National Regulations (cf Corporations Act s 343)
(1)
The National Regulations may modify the operation of this Part in relation to—
(a)
a specified co-operative; or
(b)
all co-operatives of a specified kind.
(2)
This section does not affect the power to make National Regulations prescribing modifications to applied provisions.
