29 Transfer and transmission of CCUs
(1)
Subject to subrule (2), the transfer and transmission of a CCU is to follow the same process as for a debenture under rule 27.
(2)
If the terms of issue of a CCU differ from rule 27 in respect of the manner of transfer or transmission, the terms of its issue prevail.
