3.8 Advertising change of name of co-operative (section 224)
(1)
For the purposes of section 224
(2)
of the Law, a change of name of a co-operative must be advertised in the way prescribed by subregulation (2).
(2)
The co-operative is, within 28 days after the Registrar registers the change of name, to advertise the change of name in at least one newspaper circulating in the locality or localities in which the co-operative carries on business.
