2 Prohibiting anything or, prescribing anything, to achieve an acceptable level of risk. Example of item 2—prescribing the level of respirable dust that is acceptable at a coal mine
3 Matters specifically relating to the exploration, mining, management, disposal and use of coal seam gas.
