122 Canal waters are part of coastal management district
(1)
The waters of a canal constructed completely or partly within a coastal management district are taken to be part of the coastal management district when the canal is connected to tidal water.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies to waters of the canal to the extent of the tidal limit.
