164A Planning and Environment Court may make declarations
(1)
Any person may bring a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court for a declaration about a matter done, to be done or that should have been done, for chapter 2, part 3, division 2.
(2)
The court may also make an order about any declaration it makes under subsection (1).
(3)
This section does not limit part 2.
