182 Dissolution of Beach Protection Authority
On the commencement of this section—
(a)
the Beach Protection Authority (the authority) is dissolved; and
(b)
each member of the authority goes out of office; and
(c)
the assets and liabilities of the authority—
(i)
are transferred to the State and become assets and liabilities of the State; and
(ii)
are to be administered by the Minister; and
(d)
the State is substituted as a party for the authority in all pending and existing proceedings to which the authority is a party.
