18C When coastal zone map takes effect
(1)
The coastal zone map, or a map replacing a coastal zone map, does not take effect until a regulation approves the map.
(2)
The regulation must state the day on which the map was certified by the chief executive.
(3)
A reference to a coastal zone map is taken to include any replacement under subsection (1) that has taken effect.
