22 Process for making, amending or replacing coastal plan
(1)
The process stated in divisions 2 and 3 must be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan.
(2)
A regulation may state an additional requirement to be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan.
(3)
If a regulation under subsection (2) states an additional requirement, the requirement must be complied with.
