78 Content of allocation notices
Without limiting what may be included in an allocation notice, the notice must state—
(a)
the quantity of quarry material that may be removed under the allocation; and
(b)
the area to which the allocation relates; and
(c)
the rate of royalty, or the price, payable for removal of the quarry material.
