3 Continuation of reference to Commonwealth of the matter of air transport
The matter of air transport shall by virtue of this Act continue to be referred to the Parliament of the Commonwealth in extension of the period for which it was referred by the Commonwealth Powers Act 1943 for a further period commencing on the day on which this Act comes into operation and ending on the date on which this Act shall cease to be in force.
