Part 3Registration of interstate sentences in Queensland
17 Notice of registration
(1)
If the local authority registers the interstate sentence in Queensland, the local authority must give written notice of the registration to the offender and the interstate authority.
(2)
The notice must state the day the interstate sentence was registered.
