14 Chief executive must notify funded entities about declaration
(1)
This section applies if, after a funded entity enters into a funding agreement or receives funding, the funding becomes the subject of a funding declaration.
(2)
The chief executive must give the funded entity notice of the funding declaration within 1 month after the declaration is made.
(3)
The notice must include information about the powers that can be exercised in relation to the funding under this Act.
(4)
Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not affect the validity of the funding declaration.
