Defect in relation to a warrant

A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in the warrant, or in compliance with section 35, 36 or 37, unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.

(2)

In this section—warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 37(5).
