66 Production of instrument of appointment for inspection
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the interim manager is exercising, or proposes to exercise, a power given under this part in relation to a person; and
(b)
the person asks the manager to produce the manager’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection.
(2)
The manager must comply with the request.
