68 Access to information or documents
(1)
The interim manager may ask an executive officer of the funded entity for information or documents that the manager reasonably needs to carry out the manager’s function.
(2)
The funded entity and the executive officer of the funded entity may disclose the information despite another provision in this or another Act.
(3)
The chief executive may disclose information to an interim manager, or give an interim manager access to documents, to the extent the chief executive considers appropriate for the purpose of the manager’s appointment.
