54C Fees for access under s 54A
The chief executive may charge the family and child commissioner a fee for access to investigation documents provided under section 54A that is not more than the actual cost of providing the access.
A fee prescribed under a regulation for access to an investigation document does not apply to access to an investigation document provided under section 54A.
In this section—investigation document includes a document obtained under the Coroners Act 1958 that is similar in nature to an investigation document as defined in schedule 2.
