85 Deputy registrars
(1)
The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, appoint a person as a deputy registrar.
(2)
Also, each clerk of the court under the Justices Act 1886, other than a police officer, is a deputy registrar.
(3)
Each deputy registrar is employed under the Public Sector Act 2022.
