91ZE Protection from liability for members and persons helping board perform functions
A member or a person engaged to help in the performance of the board’s functions is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this part.
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member or other person, the liability attaches instead to the State.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a member or other person who is a prescribed person under the Public Sector Act 2022, section 267.
