151 Other corrective services facilities
(1)
The Minister may, by gazette notice—
(a)
declare a place to be—
(i)
a community corrections centre; or
(ii)
a work camp; and
(b)
assign a name to—
(i)
a community corrections centre; or
(ii)
a work camp.
(2)
In this section—place includes the following—
(a)
premises;
(b)
part of premises;
(c)
a vehicle.
