170 Commercial visitor
(1)
A commercial visitor to a corrective services facility may only access the part of the facility allowed under the commercial visitor’s access approval.
(2)
The access must be carried out on the day and during the time approved by the chief executive.
(3)
In this section—commercial visitor means a person who visits a corrective services facility for the purpose of engaging in trade or commerce.
Examples—
• a sales representative
• a tradesperson
