230 Conduct of business
Subject to this division
(a)
the president’s consideration of whether to make a restricted prisoner declaration may be conducted in the way the president considers appropriate; and
(b)
the president’s or a deputy president’s consideration of a reconsideration application may be conducted in the way the president or the deputy president considers appropriate; and
(c)
the parole board may conduct its business, including its meetings, in the way it considers appropriate.
