245 Chief executive must prepare and give report to parole board
If asked to do so by the parole board, the chief executive must give the board a report on, or information relating to, the following—
(a)
a prisoner’s application for a parole order, other than a court ordered parole order, or approval of a resettlement leave program;
(b)
a prisoner;
(c)
a parole order, including a court ordered parole order;
(d)
an approved resettlement leave program.
