258 Chief executive’s examination of records
(1)
The chief executive may ask a grantee to produce to the chief executive records kept in relation to amounts received under the grant.
(2)
The chief executive may examine and make copies of, or take extracts from, the records relating to the receipt and spending of the amounts.
