271D Publication of declaration of emergency
(1)
As soon as possible after the chief executive declares an emergency under section 271B, the chief executive must publish the following information on the department’s website—
(a)
that the declaration was made;
(b)
the reasons for making the declaration;
(c)
the period for which the declaration is in effect;
(d)
the powers that may be exercised because the declaration was made.
(2)
The chief executive must update the information published under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the information changes.
