274E Classified patient taken to be prisoner
A person is taken to have been a prisoner for chapter 5, part 1 if, during the period starting on 28 February 2002 and ending on the commencement of this section, the person was—
(a)
a classified patient being detained in an authorised mental health service under the Mental Health Act 2000; and
(b)
serving a period of imprisonment.
