306O Effect of failure to comply
(1)
This section applies if a corrective services person—
(a)
fails to attend or complete counselling or rehabilitation under a requirement under section 306N(2)(c); or
(b)
fails to submit to a medical examination under a requirement under section 306N(2)(d).
(2)
The chief executive may take disciplinary action against the corrective services person under the Public Sector Act 2022.
