319D No property or interest in right of complaint
(1)
Nothing in this part prevents a relevant person complaining to the human rights commissioner under the Anti-Discrimination Act, section 134 about an alleged contravention of that Act committed by a protected defendant against an offender.
(2)
However, the offender has no property or interest in the right of complaint.
(3)
Subsection (1) applies subject to section 319E.
