346 Royal prerogative of mercy etc. not affected
(1)
This Act does not affect the royal prerogative of mercy.
(2)
Subject to the express provisions of this Act, nothing in this Act is to be read as limiting or changing any authority or jurisdiction that a court, judge or justice has under another Act or law.
