390 Transfer to court
An order or attendance authority as mentioned in previous section 54(1) for producing a prisoner at a time after the commencement—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to be an order or attendance authority as mentioned in section 69(1) for producing the prisoner.
