394 Existing order for resettlement leave
(1)
This section applies to an order granting resettlement leave to a prisoner under previous section 58(1)(e) (the previous order) if the previous order was in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The previous order—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to be an order made under section 72(1)(f).
(3)
The resettlement leave program under the previous order is taken to be an approved resettlement leave program.
