The declaration of a place as a community corrections centre under previous section 120(1)(a)(i) and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be a declaration of the place as a community corrections centre under section 151(1)(a)(i).
The assignment of a name to a community corrections centre under previous section 120(1)(b)(i) and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be an assignment of the name to the community corrections centre under section 151(1)(b)(i).
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a declaration and assignment continued in force under this section may be amended or repealed under section 151(1).
