421 Existing entitlement to apply for review of refusal for access approval
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was entitled to apply under previous section 125(5) to the chief executive to review a decision refusing approval to access a corrective services facility.
(2)
The person is taken to be a visitor who has been refused an access approval as mentioned in section 156(7).
