442 Powers of corrections board to require attendance
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a corrections board issued an attendance notice under previous section 182 (the previous attendance notice); and
(b)
the time stated in the previous attendance notice as the stated time for a person to attend a board meeting to give relevant information, or to produce a stated document, has not ended.
(2)
The previous attendance notice—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to be an attendance notice given by the replacement board under section 242.
