464 Remuneration of prisoners
(1)
An approval of an activity or program under previous section 238 and in force immediately before the commencement—
(a)
continues in force according to its terms; and
(b)
is taken to have been given under section 316.
(2)
The rates set by the chief executive under previous section 238 and in force immediately before the commencement—
(a)
continue in force according to the terms of setting the rates; and
(b)
are taken to have been set under section 316.
