490 Declarations for ss 311 and 311A
(1)
This section applies to anything done or any omission made by the chief executive in relation to a prisoner’s money on or after 20 June 2008 but before the commencement (the previous dealing).
(2)
It is declared that the previous dealing is as valid, and is taken always to have been as valid, as it would be if it were done or made under section 311 or 311A after the commencement.
