490H Criminal organisation segregation orders
On the commencement, a criminal organisation segregation order in effect under the pre-amended Act immediately before the commencement is cancelled.
A doctor or nurse must, as soon as practicable after the commencement, examine the prisoner who was subject to the order.
The chief executive must record, for each corrective services facility, the following details for each prisoner who was subject to an order mentioned in subsection (1)—
the date on which it was cancelled;
the date on which the prisoner was examined under subsection (2).
The chief executive must record the information mentioned in subsection (3) in the record kept under section 490G.
