490N Dissolution of Queensland Parole Board and regional boards
(1)
On the commencement—
(a)
the Queensland Parole Board is dissolved; and
(b)
each regional board is dissolved; and
(c)
the members of the boards mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) go out of office.
(2)
No compensation is payable to a member because of subsection (1).
