490ZA Extending period for submissions from eligible person
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the chief executive gave each eligible person in relation to a prisoner written notice under section 188(2) of the prisoner’s application for a parole order; and
(b)
the decision on the application had not been made under section 193 before the commencement.
(2)
Section 188, as amended by the amending Act, applies to the application.
